We have designed a rockers family able to receive big sized sheet bundles and whose weight spreads out from 5 to 10 T.

Based on the “barrel” or axis system, our turn uppers have a clamping device for sheet bundles. These ones are inserted in the turn uppers either with a fork-lift truck, or with their handling pallet, or directly laid on one of the plates of the press.

The two plates of the press are provided with a tie up, lock device, and pallets centering.

The sheet bundles must not necessarily be bound, because the binding strain, developed by the motor part of the press to maintain the bundles, ensures a perfect upholding during the turn-up cycle of 180°.

The steel bundles turn uppers are provided with their pneumatic set and their electric control board.

A wired fence and immaterial safety gates protect the operators.

The turning ups are made automatically or manually.

Our equipments are designed according to the Handling European Federation Rules, as well as effective specifications. They are calculated with the finite element method, and are delivered with a EC European conformity certificate.
